Shop Penn is excited to announce the upcoming arrival of The Enerjuicer, bringing freshly made smoothies, cold-pressed juices, and acai bowls to Franklin’s Table Food Hall, one of University City's most exciting culinary destinations. The brand focuses on freshness, customization, and nutrient-rich ingredients to create flavorful drinks that support a healthy lifestyle.

Founded in 1999, The Enerjuicer first opened its doors with a simple vision: that the rare combination of good health and happiness can be found by turning back to nature. The concept centers on using only fresh, natural fruits and vegetables that are blended and squeezed in front of the customers. Colorful produce is displayed prominently, allowing guests to choose from the menu or create their own combinations, which are then prepared on the spot. The Franklin’s Table stall will be The Enerjuicer’s third Philadelphia location with an anticipated opening this Spring. The Enerjuicer has had a longtime presence in Suburban Station at 17th and JFK Boulevard and a newer store opening at 711 Walnut Street.

“We’re very pleased to bring The Enerjuicer to Franklin’s Table and to be part of the Penn community,” said Kobi Sharav, owner of The Enerjuicer.  “Our focus has always been on serving fresh, natural ingredients prepared in front of our customers, offering smoothies, juices and açaí bowls that are both nutritious and enjoyable. Franklin’s Table is a great environment for quick, healthy options throughout the day.”

The Enerjuicer will also bring several of its most popular menu items to their new Franklin’s Table location. Fan favorites include the Classic Samba and Super Bowl Açaí Bowls, made with antioxidant-rich açaí blended with strawberries and banana and topped with honey or agave for a vegan-friendly option. Another standout is the Power Special Smoothie, a refreshing blend of strawberries, banana, pineapple, mango, and walnut that delivers both vibrant flavor and a natural energy boost. Guests can also enhance their drinks with additions like yogurt, honey, protein, peanut butter and vitamins such as vitamin C, B12, D, Iron, Korean ginseng, wheatgrass and ginger shots and more.

In addition to their standard smoothies sizes, the Franklin’s Table location will offer a smaller, perfectly portioned size and lower cost option, ideal for a quick refresh between classes or meetings.  Customers will also be able to participate in The Enerjuicer’s Loyalty Rewards Program, which allows guests to earn points and receive rewards for repeat visits.

“Franklin’s Table has always aimed to offer a mix of exciting, high-quality dining options that reflect the tastes and lifestyles of our community,” said Rachel Siegert, Penn’s Associate Vice President of Real Estate Services. “The Enerjuicer brings a fresh, health-forward concept that perfectly complements our existing lineup and provides guests with quick, nutritious choices throughout the day.”

Since opening at 3401 Walnut Street, Franklin’s Table has become a cornerstone of the University City dining scene. The 8,000-square-foot food hall brings together a blend of Philadelphia’s diverse food offerings under one roof, providing the campus community, health system, nearby residents, and visitors with a variety of dining options in a modern, communal setting.  With the addition of The Enerjuicer, Franklin’s Table continues to strengthen its position as a premier dining destination in the neighborhood. They will join these popular eateries in the food hall: Goldie Falafel, DK Sushi, Pitruco Pizza, Korea Taqueria, Big Dean’s Hot Chicken, and Gouldsburger’s.

The Enerjuicer’s arrival expands Franklin’s Table’s offerings with convenient, made-to-order nutritious options ideal for breakfast, refueling post-workout, or a refreshing midday break.
