Located on the ground floor of the Hilton Inn at Penn, Louie Louie Bistro & Bar is an American bistro with French flair. The menu features influences from European cafes and bistros and offers diverse dishes as well as homemade pastries and desserts.

With a large bar area and a seating capacity for 150 indoors and 50 additional seats outdoors, the restaurant operates seven days a week, serving lunch and happy hour Monday – Friday, dinner and late night dining daily, as well as brunch on weekends and holidays.

Louie Louie Bistro & Bar is the newest venture from Fearless Restaurants, whose local portfolio also includes the Moshulu Restaurant on Penn's Landing, White Dog Cafe in University City, Wayne, and Haverford, and Autograph Brasserie in Wayne as well as three properties on Long Beach Island, NJ.
